今までの食生活について書いていきました。
今回は以前のヒドい食生活から
どのように変化したのか
紹介していきます。
カロリーより身体にいい食事
現在の私の食生活はというと・・・
家ではアーユルヴェーダを
ゆるく取り入れた
「あーゆるくっく」を食べています。
アーユルヴェーダ診断で自分の体質を診断し、カパピッタヴァータ、それぞれの体質にあったレシピにするのです♡
カロリー計算をするのではなく、
質のいいものを
野菜中心にバランスよく。
程よく肉と魚も。
そして、心に安定をくれる
たっぷりのごはん。
心も身体も満足する食事です。
外食も変わりました。
たまに食べるお弁当選びも。
こちらは本格的な「アーユルヴェーダ食」
旅行に行った際は
オーガニックカフェを探すのが好きに・・・
そして、
１ケ月に１度は必ず行うキッチャリークレンズ。
以前との食事の変わりように
自分自身が１番ビックリで、
周りの友達もビックリ。
食べているもので
これだけ身体と心が変わるものかと。
実践した人にだけ分かるこの感覚。
質の悪いサプリには頼らない、食事から得る栄養。

自分ができる８０％の力で十分です。
そうすることで８０％になった時、
また次の意識が高まったり
目標ができたりと一歩一歩
前に進んでいくんです。
常に穏やかな気持ちで
ストレスなくいられることが１番♡
ヨガのアーサナ（ポーズ）の練習を
する時も同じ。
常に８０％で。
そうすることで
日々少しずつできることが増えてくるのです。
私は自分の知らないものには興味津々！！
人生常に学びです。
学びがあるからこそ人は成長します。
人それぞれ学びのペースは違いますが
それも人それぞれ。
自分のペースで。
今までの食生活、生活リズムを変えて
新たなことを自分の中に
取り込んでいくということは
古い習慣を捨てなければ入ってきません。
人は自分の中に入れられる量は
決まっていますよね。
無理にいろいろ詰め込みすぎると
キャパオーバーになって
負担になってしまいます。（以前の私）
なので、
何かまず
捨てる、
手放す
ということをしていきましょう。
それは、お酒なのかお菓子なのか、
白砂糖なのか・・・
それとも人付き合いなのか・・・
人それぞれあると思います。
自分と向き合い、
自分と答え合わせしながらやってみましょう。
私にとってこの食事は
心も体も元気にしてくれるもの。
間違いありません。
あんな食生活してた
私が言うんですから。笑
いろんな食がありふれた世の中にいる私の舌は
麻痺していたんだと気づかされました。泣
舌以外にも感覚も。本当の自分も。
このような料理しか食べない
というわけではありません。
世界にはたくさんの美味しいものがある。
肉も魚もチーズも食べますし、お酒も飲みます。
お酒は大好きです♥
ワインとチーズの組み合わせなんて・・・神♥うふふ
けど、こういうものばかりを
毎日毎日食べてたり、
お酒を飲みすぎたりすると
体にはよくありませんよね。
それは誰もが心の奥では
分かっていることだと思います。
たまには食べ過ぎても
飲み過ぎてもいい！！！
大事なのはその後、
それ以外をどうするか。
